By commissioning me, you certify that you have read and agree with the application of these terms and conditions.
• My commissions are generally open throughout the month, but I mostly do YCH, so don't forget to check X.• When you buy something, I don't start anything until payment is received.• Once paid, you have the option to request some work-in-progress.• If so, you will receive a WIP at these stages:

. line art
. colo
After that, there will be no more WIPs; the commission will be shipped as is.• If you don't request WIP, you will only receive the order when it is finished ! so be sure.• You can request two minor changes at each stage
(for example, if your fursona's haircut or tail length isn't right).
Beyond two changes, or if the modifications are too significant
(for example, if I have to redo the entire sketch or coloring),
you will be charged 5€ per minor change and 10€ per major change.
So please be sure of your decision when requesting any changes.• Once your order is complete, you have the right to use your illustration as you wish, as long as it remains for personal use.
If you use it for commercial purposes, I reserve the right to request royalties. (I live in France, so I am protected by the laws of my country.)

❌ I don't do NSFW content with feral characters.
❌ I don't do explicit scenes depicting suicide or any form of self-destruction.
❌ I don't do human characters.
❌ I don't do characters or scenes with robots or any kind of mechs
❌ I don't do fetishes like scat (urophilia might be okay under certain conditions).
❌ I don't accept NSFW content with underage characters or characters with an appearance I consider too childish.
• I only accept PayPal payments.• However, you can also use Ko-Fi
or my Vgen account, both of which are linked to my PayPal.• I accept other payment methods, such as video game purchases (primarily Switch and Steam) and in-game currency for the following games: Star Stable Online and Lioden.
• I do not offer refunds.• The only exceptions will be in cases where I am unable to fulfill your order.• I will not accept excuses such as "I need my money for something else." If you cannot afford to buy art, please do not do so.• The same applies if you say you "want to buy from another artist for less."
What is not acceptable• Using characters that do not belong to you to commission me.• Using one of my illustrations or designs that does not belong to you for sales or role-playing.• Copying or retracing my illustrations.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *Any violation of these Terms of Service will be punished with a potentially lifetime ban from placing orders, whether for:• illustrations
• custom designs
• adoptablesetc.... You will be prohibited from sending a friend to place any order on your behalf.You will also be prohibited from buying and using elsewhere any design that I have created.A public blacklist is available on my Trello board.
